Solution of bearing temperature is too high:
1. Too much lubricating grease will increase the resistance of the lubricant; choose the correct grease and use an appropriate amount
2. Too small clearance causes excessive internal load;
3. Installation error; improve bearing seat accuracy and installation method;
4. Friction of sealing equipment;
5. Creeping of bearing ring; improve the fit between bearing and bearing chamber
6. The intrusion of foreign matter has caused the deformation of the bearing (bearing sleeve, cage).
7. It is recommended to use ceramic ball bearings. HQ series bearings are not less rigid than steel balls, and they are not easy to generate heat! The temperature of the ceramic ball bearing does not exceed forty degrees
